78th Annual Conference Information

Michigan Purchasing Card Consortium

The Michigan Purchasing Card Consortium might look similar to other card programs – but it’s not! It treats all districts that participate the same, regardless of size! It doesn’t have “teaser rebates” or “signing bonuses” or any other gimmick’s to get your business. Our card program allows school districts greater control of their expenses, saves time and money, offers benefits and conveniences to employees, adds to the financial internal control structure of your organization, and on top of all that…pays rebates!!

Bus Purchase Program

Phase II of the 2015-16 MSBO Bus Purchasing Program is now open from March 1 - July 29, 2016. This program makes bidding and ordering buses extremely simple and smooth. The bidding has been accomplished for you; all that is left is to “build” the bus desired and compare pricing from the bidding dealers.

The program provides extensive flexibility and customization allowing you to customize your bus to fit your district’s needs. It automatically keeps a running subtotal of all dealer prices as you select various options. To access the program, click here.

Learn More About Electric Choice

Legislation that is currently in the Michigan House would eliminate the state’s Electric Choice program. If this legislation is successful, Michigan’s K-12 community would see an estimated annual increase of over $20 million dollars that will impact your district’s budget.
